Do you ship internationally and what service do you use?
Diecasptlace does ship international via the USPS. Please check the countries shipped to by clicking on the link in one of our listings and then request a quote as we offer the lesser priced First Class International to some countries for packages 4 lbs. or under, anything above 4 lbs. would have to go Priority Int. to any country. You may be asked to provide a feedback rating from another site if you're a new customer I don't know but this is on a case by case basis, I'll let you know if this is required upon your request of a quote. Diecastplace has shipped thousands of international packages.......International ships are done once every 1-2 weeks.

Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
Diecastplace does not accept personal checks but money orders or cashiers checks are welcome. If you plan on mailing payment please be sure to let me know in an e-mail sent to MYANGLJAKE@AOL.COM after your purchase or place a note in check-out re: your wish so I'll know to send mailed payment instructions direct to the e-mail address you have on file with eCRATER.

How can you sell your product at such low prices overall?
Diecastplace prices product to reflect not having to pay the insane fees some sites charge. We know this is something you're not used to as our research shows that a number of other diecast sellers on this site are as high or in some instances far higher as you may have found as well. We don't say we're the lowest price on all product offered, prices are set at what we feel to be current realistic research based actual market value less the fees related to above

Warranty Dislaimer & Return Policy
All Diecastplace product is brand new, fresh from a factory case in original packaging w/mint box unless otherwise noted in the text. I do not have the time to inspect items when selling at below msrp or in many instances, below original dealer cost. In my experience 1 in 1,000 diecast have had a defect, Diecastplace offers no warranty whatsoever that covers such other than to refund or replace at your complete ship expense, this means both ways. I offer no warranty whatsoever on Batmobile Super Elites, they come factory sealed in a hard shell case covered in factory shrink wrap that I won't remove for the purpose of inspection as removal compromises the integrity of the case which could result in damage during ship transit. This piece is sold AS IS at a well below msrp price-point.

How fast do you ship?
Diecastplace ships all packages same or next business day barring an act of God creating an electronics failure or an unavoidale emergency. UPS or the USPS will provide tracking info in an e-mail sent to the e-mail address your PayPal payment came from. Internationals are done once every 1-2 weeks....

How do we Communicate before or after the sale
You can ask questions through eCrater but I can only answer via direct e-mail so please be sure the e-mail address you have on file with eCrater is correct and be sure to look for e-mails relating to the question or sale.
